Responsible for leading a team of six to build a new, best-in-class manufacturing facility for Enerpac, working with the engineering and construction firms, leaning out current processes, moving distribution, manufacturing engineering, new product engineering, quality, supply chain, technical services, integrated services and all manufacturing lines with line improvements to a new facility while decommissioning the current facility.
