IT Group Leader, 1998 - 1998

Global Project leader for the SAP upgrade from version 3.0D to 3.1I. Managed a global development team, including functional and programming resources. This was a heavily customized instance of SAP, which featured several integrated interfaces (i.e. Vertex, Rapistan). This project was delivered on time and under budget.

Programmed ABAP reports and ABAP queries in the MM/PP/FI areas of SAP. Developed new jetforms documents for Spanish and Italian sales offices. I also performed several basis functions (transport configuration and processing, user and profile account administration) in support of the migration activities.

Participated in the SAP upgrade from 3.0D to 3.0F.

Designed, configured, and coded Batch Management in SAP 3.0F. This helped capture thousands of items that expired by date, saving the company thousands of dollars.

Analysis, design, coding, and implementation of direct shipping and vendor consignment initiatives.

Project manager for Polaroid's shipping, warehousing, and transportation departments (Spanned SAP MM, SD, and WM modules, interface to Pitney Bowes transportation system, batch jobs for document production, and reports (year-end, quarter end, etc). I managed a team of two consultants in maintaining the continuous operation of Polaroid's U.S. Distribution operations.

Managed the second shift cross-dock function in Digital’s main warehouse. This involved supervising a dozen individuals, receiving freight, storing it, and picking orders for customer shipments.
