I am currently working with VASANT VIHAR CLUB, NEW DELHI as MANAGER-ADMINISTRATION since JUL 2014 my duties include:-

1.Attendance and Duty Roster for staff; reliever planning and close watch on absenteeism.

2.Curtailing overtime by judicious deployment of available staff.

8.Recruiting and supervising of Room Attendants.
