At Toyota Motor Manufacturing Kentucky, I served as a manager in powertrain, maintenance cost, and stamping. I have had extensive training at Toyota Motor Corporation, Japan. From this I have successfully implemented significant lean principles. Examples include: Total Productive Maintenance ( TPM ). Employee development programs in both powertrain and stamping plants. I was responsible for ensuring Stamping readiness for the Lexus Launch. 1st Lexus model for Toyota in the USA.

-Led the design and construction of the Stamping Team Member Development Center
-Led training curriculum development for Production, Tool & Die, and General Maintenance Team Members

Stamping Skilled Manager 2009-2012
I was the Manager of Production Engineering, Tool & Die, and General Maintenance. ( 110 T/M’s )
I was responsible for > 800 dies, 20 Presses, and the overseeing of design changes
