Supervised total reorganization of Overseas Distributor’s warehouse. Managed complete restructuring of warehouse that stocked more than 1200 different items. Organized inventory to ensure ease of locating products for order fulfillment. Convinced the owners to install a security system to prevent break-ins and eliminate employee theft. Result: Increased warehouse productivity, enhanced customer satisfaction and significantly reduced shrinkage.

Purchased and exported secondary steel. Researched secondary steel market and cultivated relationships with key suppliers. Capitalized on opportunities to purchase secondary steel at auction and export to Overseas Distributor’s manufacturing facility in India. Result: Procuring steel at very low prices and shipping to India to manufacture products led to increased profits.
