v Lead the packaging development of 4 distinct axes of the Garnier business, a $200M beauty brand in the Canadian CPG market. Interfacing with both marketing and trade teams, manage and track artworks for over 180 distinct CDN SKUs, spanning across 17 franchises; including product launches, renovations, and extensions.

v Working hand in hand with brand managers, PR, and social teams, responsible for brand image, communication, and USP development for all new launches, through competitive analysis and framework of the CDN marketplace. Directly responsible for how the Garnier brand is reflected, both in visual consistency, brand guidelines and metrics, on pack elements, and in store POS support. v Continually working with dozens of L`Oreal Canada affiliate partners on marketing based projects, ensuring strong professional relationships with agencies, downstream suppliers, and printers. v Maintained constant contact with both Canadian and International teams, serving as a liaison between countries, ensuring consistent design, aesthetic, dyelines, artwork, imaging, and colour process. Solely responsible for the direction and management of promotional collateral for all brands, including the production of merchandising, displays, brochures, and POS. v Coordinated the keystone partnership between the Canadian Soccer Association (CSA) and Garnier Canada’s Ombrelle Sunscreen from A-Z; planning and developing the on-site activation for a nationwide Canadian Tour in Summer 2014.

v Work hand in hand with both Scientific and Regulatory affairs to ensure the validity of all claims v Effectively manage 3 budgets and the impact to overall Garnier P&L, ensuring appropriate resources are devoted to each brand while maintaining organizational goals.
