Manpower Planning, Recruitment:
Daily maintain manpower report.
Take manpower requisition from department heads.
Screening CVs and maintaining records, co-ordination with placement agencies.
Taking first HR interview round.
Coordinating interview with HR Manager/Technical Heads of short listed candidates.
Joining Formalities & Settlement Process:
Manage employee data base with all details & collecting relevant documents of previous employment.
Handling joining & Induction formalities, Health Check-up & Reference checking.
Knowledge in drafting offer letter, appointment letter, confirmation letter, relieving letter & experience letter.
Monitoring relieving procedures and settlement considering exit interview forms, no dues certificates and amount due from the employee.
Training & Development:
Identify employee training needs from their HODs, Customer requirements, any Legal requirement, Appraisal Feedback & through gap in Competency Mapping etc.
Preparation of annual and monthly training plan and implementation in order to ensure its success.
Ensure training attendance, feedback & effectiveness of each training.
Implementation of 5’S Systems in each areas.
Policy implementation.
Payroll Management:
Maintain Daily Attendance Report & Monthly Attendance, Leave Records, Extra hours, C/Off data.
Preparation of Salary Sheet, Arrear Sheet, Full & Final Settlement, Medical Reimbursement etc.
Maintain Payroll statutory records related to ESI/PF/Gratuity/Leave Procedure etc.
Operating Savior (Attendance Recording System).
MIS:
Regular monitoring & updating of employee database.
Keeping a track of employee birthdays, anniversaries, due confirmation letter etc.
Monitoring & maintaining the department wise head count, new joiners & attrition.
General Administration:
Handling office equipment and bills verification – Housekeeping, Pantry, Canteen and office stationery.
Supervision of pantry & canteen services in the organization.
Looking courier services in the organization.
Handling contractual manpower & deal with contractors.
