Recruited to manage quality control program for NASJRB-Belle Chasse; NSA & SPAWARS-New Orleans; and NOSC-Shreveport in new construction and renovation projects with budget in excess of $6.5M. Additionally managed Facilities Maintenance contract for maintenance and repair of assets for 180 buildings under command of NAVFAC-SE Public Works. Applying a 3 phased quality plan, coordinated activities of 14 sub-contractors in material submittals, contract compliance, field inspections, inventory control, safety and financial audits. In addition, worked with 6 Government inspectors to ensure timely delivery of the contract. Cooperated with Corporate officers to comply with ISO 9001 regulations.

Managed quality program to determine operational efficiency of projects. Duties included contractor performance evaluations, submittal and contract compliance, material inspection, geo-technical services, field inspections, and financial auditing. Additional duties included Assistant Site Safety Officer, working to improved health and safety of employees.
