Ensuring each is completed in the scheduled time usually within 24 hours.

Maintaining stock levels of all spare parts for services 90 days ahead.

Planning preventative maintenance and corrective maintenance for all equipment.

Reporting to management on a daily basis (dead line report, Stanski report, etc).

Providing contingency operations and rapid response to the US Military.

Responsibilities

Running 2 logistics co-ordinators, 5 administrators, 7 foremen and 60 mechanics in Power generation department at Bagram Air Field Base .

Ensuring that power was supplied 24/7, with minimum outages to base, including hospital and Joint command HQ.

Scheduling and getting done daily checks to 1400 power generation units.

Providing preventative and corrective maintenance to units

Ensuring employees were briefed on, understood and followed policies and procedures of all brands

Ensuring scheduled services occurred (up to 60 per day)
