Presently associated with the above CA firm in Lucknow as a partner. During this stint following matters have been handled independently-
(a)Conducted Statutory Audit of Punjab National bank for March15.
(b) Project Financing including preparation of CMA Data.
(c) Filing of income tax returns for individuals, partnership firm and companies.
(d) Tax and regulatory advisory.
(e) Tax Audit of companies, Proprietorship concerns and partnership firms.
(f) Company audit, preparation of Caro.

(ii)Kec International Ltd.- Nagpur (29th March 2012 – 7th Jan 2014)
This is an EPC Company of RPG Group. During the tenure following responsibilities have been handled solely-
(a) Finalisation of Accounts for monthly/ quarterly/ yearly closing.
(b) MIS reports of Export as well as domestic sales.
(c) MIS Schedules for Expenses like Ocean Freight, Terminal handling charges etc
(d) MIS of Department wise Cost Sheet.
(e) Analysis of Exchange impact on sales, Variance analysis vis-a-vis budget.
(f) Updation of Domestic sales, Export sales, Stock Transfer to branches, transfer to test station, Home Consumption etc. in the ERP. Also resolving the issues related to Sales update by co-ordination with IT department.
(g) Reconciliation of Excise Duty on Finished Goods .
(h) Preparation of AS-7 for turnkey projects.
(i) Working of TDS other than salaries.
(j) Passing of Bills ( Revenue as well as Capital Bills) and Contractors.
(k) Co-ordination with the statutory auditors .
