PlanSource, Inc. (June 2013-current)

IT Software Analyst in dynamic, complex and charged Health Care Exchange marketplace.

Responsibilities as an Analyst and for Key Clients including:

Utah Health Exchange - Broker/Agent administrative process and user interface.

Vendor interface feed to render reimbursement to carriers, brokers and other administrative agents delivering Utah Health Exchange products.

API interface to send and populate data from client source system to PlanSource database for significant Minnesota Based Client Consumer Assisted Purchasing (CAP) product.

Translation project manager – researched and selected translation vendor, worked with translation vendor and IT to internationalize PlanSource end user application.

Responsibilities included:

Gather business requirements and assemble as IT requirements,

Led team of 20+ people, creation of project plans, weekly meetings, issue tracking, budget, and presentation to senior staff.

State of Minnesota Health Exchange: Project Manager

Led team to develop and compile compliance and security documentation for Medicare/IRS Certifications.

Responsible for understanding the complex IRS requirements.

Researched other State’s documentation in same effort.
