Operations Manager, Southwestern Bell Corp. – Houston, TX Direct involvement in (Houston, Austin, San Antonio, & Dallas TX), (Las Vegas, NV), (San Francisco, CA), (New Mexico Spaceport), & (Nashville, TN) International Airports. Designed and implemented hi-tech telephony systems, IT networks, and wireless systems supporting operations for three airport complexes to include complex interfacing with SBC, AT&T, Nortel, Sprint, and Version. Consulted with senior and city executives on future issues involving procedures, specification/documents, budgets, schedules, competitive applications, improvements, enhancements, and state of the art technology applications to include planning, programming & construction technical key committee member. Earned a reputation for on-time, on-budget completion of high-profile projects involving network operating systems, connectivity, consultation, and problem resolutions of operating system upgrades and new installations utilizing CIP

Automated and customized facility designs and implementation for nation’s largest insurance complex USAA.
