Ericsson (contractor) - 2012 to 2013 New Orleans, LA

Construction Manager

Manager responsible for review and approval of all engineering design and construction subcontractor tasks related to 4G install of 70+ SprintPCS cellular sites in the New Orleans Market, ensuring the installations reduced any potential site disruptions. 4G Long Term Evolution (LTE) install included replacement of all radio equipment, installation of new antennas, new hybrid cable, and new tower mounted Remote Radio Unit (RRU) installations (min. 3 RRUs/sector). Increased federal funding of Katrina affected infrastructure reimbursements to the City by over 4 million dollars.

Owner’s rep field construction manager for 75 million dollar expansion of luxury hotel on resort property which included an underground parking garage, 200 additional luxury hotel rooms, 50 Disney Vacation Club suites, additional pool, and spa.

Implemented daily job calls with hotel owners’ representative in order to minimize any disruption to existing hotel operations; Coordinated all utility shutdowns and access for construction, led contact with all engineers, architects, and inspectors regarding scheduling, phasing of work, status of jobsite construction, and all inspections.
