Studies the project scope of works, client’s requirement, drawings and specifications from the supplied purchase order/documents & carry out the Job’s accordingly with the team co-workers Project Management

Responsible for overall operations of Mechanical Division

Preparation of BOQ required for fabrication works & piping assembly

Raising Material Requisition form for Material from Store

Material & Cost control for the project by proper allocation of materials

Ensuring that the work is executed in accordance with the contract specification, approved drawings, agreed procedures and method statements

Timely Management for the Successful completion of Project

Supervision of all Mechanical works & Fabrication, Motor & Pump Assembly.

Daily job report & updated job status to higher officials/management

Attending the site meetings with Engineers, consultants and clients to discuss all the major issues.

Providing technical guidance to the site and solve critical site issues

To optimize utilization of men, material & equipment. Close coordinated with all departments to ensure un- interrupted programs on site

Checking and inspection of all raw materials brought out items as per specification and project requirements.

Maintaining of quality assurance plan (QAP) & inspection test plan (ITP).

Coordinate with subcontractors on site jobs.
