ACCOMPLISHMENTS

Initiated, developed and implemented the “No Wait in the ER” Increased Patient Satisfaction from 44th % to the 83% Decreased Diversion hours from 758 in 2005 to 153 in 2008 Increased annual visit rate to the ER from 40,000 to 58,000 in 2008 Decreased LWBS rates to 0.5%
