StateFarm Insurance is the oldest insurance company in Illinois which deals in Life, Auto, Home and Health domains. I am working as a BA/Project Coordinator in different project which includes Home BP, Commercial Auto, Commercial Umbrella, Auto, and LIDP. It involves re-structuring the whole business model and customer experience.

Business Analyst:

In IRA Upgrade, Applications are running on IE8 has to be make compatible with IE9.

The purpose of Item and Release Application (IRA) is to store and communicate State Farm operational item information throughout the Enterprise. IRA is used by State Farm associates in various departments to build and maintain items, publish releases, communicate state usage and effective dates, and provide search capabilities for item and release information.

Environment: Java, J2EE(Servlets, JSP, JSTL), IBM DB2.

Responsibilities:

Worked as a BA to support the re-design of the application.

Analyzed the existing system and business process flow by understanding present business rules and conditions.
