I am currently pursuing my Masters Degree in Engineering Management from International Technological University (ITU), San Jose.

I have had a prior experience working as a Business Analyst in Mumbai, India, for 3.5 years. Eliciting requirements, documentation (BRD, SRD), Requirements organization, assisting with business cases, understanding of system engineering concepts, modeling techniques and methods, conducting cost/benefit analysis, timeline development, project implementation have been a few of my major responsibilities during my tenure. I have a complete understanding of the several processes that a project has to go through before it can be considered complete. I also have a strong understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) methodology and its application in business process development.

I have worked with clients in different industry verticals such as technology services, Travel, E-learning, Education etc.

Volunteer: Project Read, Menlo Park Library June 2012 – December 2012

I had an opportunity to work with the Menlo Park public library's project Read team. They used sales force to help them organize their database of learners and tutors. I volunteered in setting up sales force into their system and help them with any updates/requests that had to be made.

Few of my responsibilities included:

Setting up sales force on user machines

Training users to understand how to use basic features and input data into sales force

Train users to pull out required data/reports from sales force

Understand their requirements and any change requests and accordingly customize

Generate high level reports for the team
