These and a long list of additional schools and training led to a very productive Investigative career.

The middle phase of this career led the fore-mentioned to working with the Communications Operations Division of the Metropolitan Police Department. This period taught many skills in the Communications field. These skills were enhanced by mastering the Communication’s Computerized CAD System. This led to several years as a 911 Call Taking, Dispatcher and a Shift Supervisor as instructed. The years at Communication taught the fore-mentioned several vital skills. The art working with as many as 30 employees in stressful situations. Making decisions and notifications in situations such as Homicides, Rapes, Police Shootings, Police Chases, Fires, and even Historic Catastrophes like September 9-11 Attacks. The last chapter in this career was the fore-mention working at the Metropolitan Police Evidence Control Division warehouse. This journey taught very detail oriented Data Entry into a very sophisticated File On Q CAD System. Researching an retrieval of dated Cold Case material through various data bases such as Pices, Wales and full-fledged Inventories of a 40,000 Sq. Foot Warehouse. Categorizing and assigning locations for New and returning short and long term items. The daily collection of items daily year around court proceedings in United States District, D.C. Superior Court and neighboring jurisdictions. Working and training fellow workers in the use of the very new automated warehouse equipment and scanner systems. Such as High Density Mobile Space saver Tower Shelving System, and the Kardex Remstar Automated high speed storage and retrieval systems, Raymond Vertical/High level Order Pickers and Forklifts, and Hand held scanners. Utilizing these tools and various skills as team led to a very efficient, high level warehouse operational process.
