• Guiding victims of crime throughout the Criminal Justice process.
• Providing victims with information about their case and its progress, as well as general information about the court system.
• Direct support and advocacy, including referral of services such as crisis response and intervention, counseling and group supports.
• Often assisting individuals from diverse backgrounds.
