Summary

I have owned, managed and been President of an auto repair and sales corporation for the last 22 years. Besides the overall operation and maintenance of all business activity, my duties included extensive diagnostics (check engine light, ABS, SRS, inoperative components, noises, and drivability problems) on all Asian, Domestic, and European makes and models. Along with identification of these initial auto concerns, I have experience in all minor repairs (mechanical and electrical), A/C service, alignments, etc. Hands-on work was always preceded and followed by customer service that involved phone and face-to-face conversations with detailed explanations of service to be performed, including estimates, work orders, and service writing. All parts pricing, ordering, stocking and all shop accounts (payable and receivable) were my responsibility. On the auto sales end of the industry, I have been an independent dealer involved in the buying and selling of thousands of used vehicles for over two decades.

Objectives

My goal is to continue to build on this firm and well-established foundation of management and comprehensive oversight of an automotive entity's needs. It remains a personal joy and satisfaction to see the totality of an auto business operating smoothly and efficiently, as of course it should.
