My life experience is mainly in salesmanship. Currently I’m a Sales Manager working with Insurance Company of East Africa. I have recruited and trained a good number of sales agents working under my supervision and management. I have been Director with Uganda Union in the departments of Publishing and communication for 8 years. I was in charge of sales and marketing promotions in the entire Uganda. I recruited and trained over 150 salesmen in educational books and literature; all these worked under me.

I have worked for over 23 years as salesman in London, Sweden, Norway, Kenya and Uganda respectively. My work was mainly connected with management, marketing, sales and distribution of books.

Furthermore, my experience as salesman also includes Insurance Agency. I worked with British American Insurance in Uganda for 3 years and Cannon Assurance in Kenya for 3 years.

I hold Doctor of Ministry Degree, specializing in the area of Leadership, management and church growth. In addition, I have MA in International Management. My second MA is in Religion, major in Systematic Theology. My first degree is Bachelor of Theology. I also have a Higher Diploma in Marketing. CAREER SUMMARY/HIGHLIGHTS.

A high level sales and marketing executive with a long period in the field of management, sales and marketing in a number of fields, companies, countries (both locally and internationally). I developed marketing strategies to compete with other individuals or companies who sell similar commodities. Within this particular field, marketed and distributed a number of products ranging from books and all kinds of literature as well as all types of insurance. Initiate market research studies and analyze their findings. Use sales forecasting and strategic planning to ensure the sale and profitability of products, lines, or services, analyzing business developments and monitoring market trends. Evaluate the financial aspects of product development, such as budgets, expenditures, research and development appropriations, and return-on-investment and profit-loss projections. I developed price strategies through balancing firm objectives and customer satisfaction. In some instances I conferred with legal staff to solve problems, such as copyright infringement and royalty sharing with outside producers and distributors. In all these mentioned fields I have favorably excelled beyond normal standards. It is my conviction that I can ably manage any field so long as it deals with management, marketing and sales.
