I work extremely well as an independent, in outside field and marketing, and am self motivated .

As a manager with a direct sales company for 17 years, I was responsible to hire, train, motivate and sustain a sales force. In recent years I have been working in government, and private research companies as a field interviewer with great success! I love the work, the flexibility and the opportunity to provide valid, useful data for important studies.

Currently: I am working with the United States Census Bureau on several regular, ongoing and long term surveys. This is computer assisted interviewing (CAPI), survey data collection. For several years I have excelled at this work, and have had great success in refusal turn-arounds. I love this work, but with recent restructuring in my region, hours have been cut and I am looking to include or replace with another position in this industry.

Concurrently: I have been working various studies for such companies as WESTAT and MATHEMATICA since 2011, and consistently perform at the top of each team on every study.
