Job Description:

Collaborate with Operations Managers to ensure that operational objectives are met in a timely manner and to keep them informed of changes in legislation.

Consult Operations Managers regarding specific assignments which interface with their activities.

Supervise, Inspect and Measure contracted projects

Conduct daily inspections to all plant equipments and machineries such as belt conveyors, pan plate conveyors, raw mills, cement mills, dust collectors, bucket elevators and etc.

Plan and execute all maintenance activities assigned, and shut downs as in job scope;

Achieve high equipment reliability to support plant technical availability;

Monitor equipment condition and involve appropriate personnel to address problems, concerns, and measures;

Initiate and contribute to plant improvements, and support continuous improvement in maintenance strategy.

Dispatches/schedules a group of supervisors, mechanics, welders, etc. to do daily predictive, preventive and corrective maintenance servicing.

Performs timely troubleshooting in case of operational problems and directs maintenance/repairs during the shift.

Implement PMS and other corrective works based on priority.

Provides work direction and technical guidance to assigned personnel on specific jobs.

Coordinates with other service departments on job orders requested necessary for plant operation.

Trains and educates immediate subordinates.

Coordinates and discusses with other departments on matter related to maintenance.

Check daily reports of mechanics, welders and other assigned personnel.
