Facility Security Officer/Quality Management Systems Manager/HR Assistant

Lead all aspects of security, safety, logistics and provide HR support for 60+ employees located in the US and overseas.

Establish and run the Operations Center during all training and combat deployments. Handled communications in a command and control capacity while coordinating multiple contingencies.

As a recognized community expert, deployed twice in support of Operation Iraqi Freedom conducting security/force protection operations in two of the largest bases in Iraq.

Hand selected to deploy in support of Operation Enduring Freedom to lead security/force protection operations at a new Forward Operating Base that provided protection for over 5,000 US and Coalition Forces, US civilian and foreign nationals.

Served as a canvassing recruiter and assistant station chief; coordinated with schools, media and other public services in the tasks of screening, interviewing and processing applicants and the advertisement of the Marine Corps in assigned communities.

As an Air Defense Gunner served at various levels of supervisory positions while responsible for the protection of various agencies; responsible for the training, evaluation, logistics and welfare of 1-50 Marines.
