Plant Superintendent, Fabrication, Assembly, Shipping and Receiving

• Responsible for overseeing manufacturing, assembly and fabrication processes, including managing and controlling production and assembly of finished goods.

• Hire and cross-train machine operators, assemblers, and production personnel in order to maximize operational flexibility, with charge over three shifts; responsible for payroll and performance evaluation.
