Project: Guardian Next November 2008 – Present

Sr. Business Analyst/Lead / Scrum Master Client: Ansell (Iselin, NJ)

Ansell required to develop a ground breaking application called Guardian Next to transform the way sales team was presenting their products to their clients around the world. The system has been deployed throughout the US, EU and Asia-Pac and was developed to support multiple languages, and is presently supporting English, Japanese and Mandarin.

The Guardian Next is a customer centric methodology, which employs a consistent approach to each operational area addressed. We have developed a unique suite of tools that help companies to increase safety whilst improving productivity and business performance across 7 key functional areas of their business, i.e. Safety, Standardization, Controls, Injury Prevention, Productivity, Compliance and Training.

Aimed to track and report on workplace injuries, Injury Manager, was also developed for this client and is in production in New York City today for the largest general construction contractor in New York City. In addition, the development included analytical components, including a report generator, dashboard charts, etc.

This is a Tablet based application using open source tools such as Java, Eclipse, Spring, Hibernate and MySQL, to meet their needs.

Responsibilities:

Functioned as the primary Business Analyst since the inception of this long term client engagement, commencing in Trigyn’s ODC facility and later at the client’s Iselin, New Jersey location.

Functioned as both the primary Business Analyst and Scrum Master for several years.

I-Flex solutions retail banking product called FlexCube was customized to help banks to integrate with their internal systems and effortlessly transfer data. FLEXCUBE is a J2EE based system, which had features to allow customers to have a seamless experience across channels. Dashboards were created to help bank customers to track and analyze their transactions using alerts and reminders across portfolios.

The Cash Management project which includes modules like Core Banking, Remittances, Collection and Sweeps. Sweeps module provides automated movement of funds between customer accounts based on pre-defined rules/instructions and specified criteria.

Focus of the application is to allow flexibility in funds management by manipulating balances in accounts asper the customer requirements. Sweeping is used when one account (known as source/control account) needs to be debited/credited by transferring funds from/to another account (known as the offset/contra account), in order to achieve a defined balance.

Senior Business Analyst in Hedge fund orientation, commercial lending for Loan origination and involved in analysis, design, development, and implementation.

It contains a Web Services layer for interaction with disparate systems. Oracle 9i is used for persistence with EJB in the middle tier.

The business component expose 3 level of function:

Level 1: is used for processing an XML request.

Level 2: is a java API, provides an access point as a java class method.

Level 3: functions provide an interface to execute business functions using parameters that are java data objects, such as entity data object.
