- Project list consists of airports, commercial/office buildings and restaurants.
- Modify and update schedules, design ductwork, pipes and other HVAC related components by employing Revit and AutoCAD MEP.
- Utilize Trane TRACE to determine loads on the exterior walls and interior space of a building.
- Use a ductulator for sizing ducts and water flow chart for sizing pipes.
- Select the size of diffusers/grilles in Titus catalogs based on its type and airflow quantity.
- Minimum experience in reviewing material and diagram submittals.
* CBRES (Chevron Business & Real Estate Services) – Drawing Management Support (Contractor) – (September 2014 – February 2015)
- Setup current drawings of mechanical (ductwork/piping) and electrical (power/lighting) plans and fire maps in AutoCAD.
- Interact with Chevron floor planners by fulfilling their request to make adjustments to a specific space in a building.
- Use AutoCAD to modify drawings by replacing and moving architectural equipment, such as workstations, chairs, bins and doors.
- Walk through facilities in order to ensure architectural drawings and room names/numbers are current and updated.
* Engineering Projects – College – (Spring 2012 – May 2013)
- Sequestered CO2 emissions from power plants and refineries by developing a pipe on SolidWorks and using the Flow Simulation to evaluate the fluid temperature variation (Senior Project).
- Analyzed the effects of natural convection along a vertical wall through experimental testing and SolidWorks.
- Participated in the performance testing of a model jet turbine by re-assembling intricate parts and examining changes of different variables.
