February 2008 - Amdocs

May 2015 Outsourced to Amdocs responsible for service delivery of AT&T’s Consumer portfolio of data warehouse solutions supporting Marketing and Sales, and Credit and Collections business processes. Technology included Teradata and midrange ORACLE platforms representing the customer databases. Provided managerial and technical support to diverse technical teams across the development lifecycle spectrum including business analysis, development, production support, test, and quality assurance. Managed enhancing as well as sustaining projects of all complexities under both waterfall and Agile methodologies with on time, on budget delivery of projects in the $100K-5M range. Managed Vendor engagements and worked to defray expenses by leveraging offshore vendor

resources. Achieved cost savings > $ 1M with legacy application retirements, infrastructure cost reduction initiatives; and alternate staffing models.

Served as Project Manager/Scrum Master supporting a webservices, Small Business sales and support tool for client self management of VPN networks for data internet service. Worked with ATT System Engineers and onsite/offshore scrum teams to create/organize user stories in service launch across 4 iterations over the course of a 5 month delivery cycle.

In a departure from IT responsibilities, fulfilled support role in a business ordering Incubation Center. This order fallout team utilized a wide portfolio of applications to manage the progression of managed internet services orders from Sales through Provisioning to Test and Turn up/Maintenance and Billing. In this Subject Matter Expert role, interfaced with both internal (Sales) and external business customers. Critical multi-million dollar engagement for Amdocs in ordering to activation services. Performed leadership role in defect management, training, process development and deployment, order status, and metrics across all aspects of the order management fallout processes. Grew capacity from initial launch of 1-10 orders to over 6,000 focused on the customer service test and turn up procedures supporting 90+ onsite and offshore work center resources.

Extensive IT career in all aspects of software development. Career initiated by attending and successfully completing an extensive programmer training program. Served as a software developer of program code, test data and procedures, system documentation, and low-level design. Progressed along the IT career path to team leader, group manager, and district manager. Managed diverse teams, large and small, across various staffing models.
