Background

Last four and a half years I have been an Office manager to Ecology Care INC. Landscaping and janitorial. Providing payroll, accounting, HR and all in office management tasks (Invoicing, collections, material orders, vender relations, daily budget spreadsheets, you name it I have done it here). With Paramount scaffold I was an office manager dealing with the San Diego division for maritime and commercial scaffold construction. Job included accounting, sale collections, vender accounts, payroll, job dispatch, filing, and contract forms. At Ikon I started as Field support representative soon gaining a site supervisor position for Watson Wyatt world wide. I then was promoted to Hewlett Packard mail room management then transitioned to site supervisor. Learning Extensive customer service training and taking advantage of Ikons career training program. These job tasks include administrative training, shipping and receiving, copy services, and all USPS services for over 25,000 HP employees. As graphic and art designer I was self employed so I learned valuable sale experience and customer interaction for lasting client relationships. These people are still calling me for help in seasonal design.
