-Responsible for defining and creation of Trend/Corporate Measurement Data for Key Measures in determining the effectiveness of the Quality System. Responsible for initiating necessary actions, such as CARs, SCARS, PNCRS, etc. to correct issues. (Examples: PPM, Zero Defect, Scrap, etc.)

-Responsible for directing/initiating improvement efforts to reduce Scrap, PPM, and/or Zero Defect to meet corporate goals and objectives.

-Lead Auditor and Manager of the Internal Audit System. Responsible for taking action to correct/improve Quality System issues.

-Management Representative for Independent Compliance Audits, and Customer Assessments. Response to Customer Surveys and Compliance Data Requests.

-Chairs the Material Review Board for the Disposition of Nonconforming Product and initiates necessary actions to identify Root Cause and take action.

-Product Change Request Review and Approval from the stand point of initiating necessary actions to satisfy Quality Requirements.

-New Product Introductions and coordinates such activities as defining Gauging Requirements, Sample Requirements, Instruction Development and Control Plan Definition.
