PERSONAL OVERVIEW

I graduated from Xi'an Technological University majored in Machine Design and the Automation and have 3 years of industry experience in bogies research and design of light rail units and passenger and freights rail vehicles. I have participated in the design and production work of 80km/h, 100km/h and 140km/h bogie platforms for various Beijing Metro lines. Currently I am attending graduate program in Mechanical Engineering at University of Massachusetts Lowell. I will graduate in the summer of 2015.

Design of 140 km/h subway bogies for Beijing subway line 8, Beijing subway line 9, and Beijing FangShan subway line

Metro bogies stress and dyno testing for Beijing subway line 15

Oversee the production processes of bogies in material preparation, assembly and welding

Spot quality check and trouble-shoot situations such as design change errors, workers processing error and etc…

Compilation of documentations that how to use milling, turning manufacture the component step by step on subway bogies component manufacturing.

Make plan for the production process and use Microsoft Excel to write process sheets.
