Computerized verification of PCB layouts will be done using data directly imported from Electrical CAD to Mechanical CAD to insure connectors are placed correctly and manufacturing placement and height guidelines are adhered to. Solidworks CircuitWorks for IDF input. Bi-Directional IDF sharing with PCB CAD software to automatically place critical parts on PCBs.
FEA (Finite Element Analysis) can be performed on parts to confirm margin in the designs or to safely remove weight or cost. Solidworks Simulation
As appropriate designs can be analyzed for NEBs (Telecom) compliance issues.
Shock, Vibration, Thermal, Humidity and other tests will be performed to assure the reliability of your end product.
Designs will be reviewed for optimum manufacturability working with your internal or external Manufacturing resources.
Preliminary EMI testing and safety compliance reviews can be coordinated with the required agencies.
Tolerance stack-up analysis of mechanical parts to insure high yield assembly processes.
