Regulations in northern Bogota were studied and areas of interest were defined

to develop condominium projects, stratum 4 and 5. Building Department was

consulted.

Lots that meet the conditions were sought, an analysis of the batch and batch

potential was realized, budgeting and programming of work were defined, an

economic and financial study was conducted with study of supply and demand to

determine the feasibility of the project. Risk analysis of the project was

performed and how it affected the budget.
