Note:

In the year 2000, I moved to Redlands, California to follow my previous husband who got a job in Redlands. Our visa type was changed in 2001, which I was holding O3 that was not allowed to work by the US immigration. In the year 2005, we had to leave the country because of our visa agreement. We came back in the year 2007. In the year 2008, I granted a permanent resident of the USA and I was registered as a full time student at Crafton Hills College, Yucaipa until 2013. From 2013 until recently I studied culinary arts at San Bernardino Valley College, San Bernardino, CA.

2. April 2005-October 2006

Duties:

I accepted people to apply for visa to Indonesia. I did photo copy, enter the data into the system, filing, and faxing. I greeted the guests who came to the office and escorted them into the special room to meet with the people that they had appointments with. I received the phone calls and answer the questions courteously.

Duties:

I checked the emails every day for my acting ambassador and her businesses. All her business appointments I put it in a MS calendar. I scheduled her appointments; remind her of the meetings and other social events. I booked tickets for her business travels. I also helped in the house social events, such as prepared cocktail parties, banquets, or any women’s international meetings. I answered the phones, did photocopy, filing, and light data entry.

Duties:

I enter data into the system as fast as I could. The data were mostly numbers and few words.

I assembled and disassembled phones, and enter the data into the single cell phones. I checked and rechecked if there were errors for the voices and hearing acceptance.

I checked the merchandise codes and match them with the written codes in the log book to avoid the lack of discrepancy. When there is no discrepancy, the merchandise can directly go to the rack. Enter the UP codes into the system to be kept in the system.

Shipping Clerk.

I checked the merchandise that is going to be shipped today, tomorrow, and possible the day after tomorrow. I should match the UPC codes that showing the merchandise should be shipped based on the dates and the inventory record log book. If there is a discrepancy, then I should generate the new tickets, and on those tickets that showed about the situation of the merchandise; wrong dates, missing, or in the wrong place. At last, I wrote down the UPC numbers on the shipping sheet in which trucks the merchandise will be delivered to the buyers
