Maintains and operate the PRISM database containing detailed information on all requisitions. Establish new records and append modifications in the database correspondence to each requisition.
Prepare low dollar value purchase orders (fixed price, cost plus fixed fee contracts, time and material contracts, indefinite delivery contracts, task and delivery orders).

Reviews bids and bid bonds for responsiveness and acceptance. Receive, review, and issue receipts for all proposals submitted.
Implements fiscal year close outs procedures with the Financial Management Division (FMD) to deobligate funds for further usage. Search appropriate database and furnish any additional or corrected information required to complete close out actions.
