the IT and Operations departments.

• Continually audited fingerprint quality to match California Department of Justice standards and

regulations as well as assisted in supervising weekly mobile fingerprinting events and the movement

of operators.

Live Scan Representative & Auditor (July 2011 – October 2013)

• Functioned with a team responsible in keeping partners educated on California Department of Justice

regulations regarding Live Scan fingerprinting.

• Continually assessed the quality of service provided by Certifix partners and provided training to

existing partners and new hires.

• Training and auditing methods resulted in a Certifix Live Scan network error rate reduction from 23% to

10% within a six-month period.
