Burlingame, KS
I am seeking a career opportunity to serve as a Regional/Clinical Nurse Consultant or Director of Nursing. I have served as a Director of Nursing in an Acute hospital setting, and in the Long term Care environment. I am seeking an opportunity that offers longevity, stability and professional growth. As an experienced Leader and Director of Nursing I have led a team of 70+ employees to a zero deficiency KDOA survey and am recognized as a top-tier performer by the State of Kansas and the KDOA. I strive to serve a facility that provides quality, patient centered care where an exceptional care experience is the primary goal.
I am focused, compassionate, forward thinking and motivated. I have the demonstrated success of a zero deficiency survey while serving as a Director of Nursing in a hospital based Skilled Nursing Unit. I believe a zero deficiency survey result demonstrates my ability to interpret and apply our state and federal regulations while being a consistent leader. As a Director of Nursing I am recognized by the KDOA as a top tier performer, 1 of only 6.2% of facilities surveyed in Kansas that was recognized at the highest level of compliance achievable, with zero deficiencies. After caring for my mother, who was injured in a car accident for the past several months I am very eager to return to work serving in a permanent position in a team centered environment.
I have enjoyed my career as a Regional Nurse Consultant and Director of Nursing, and have most enjoyed the experience I have obtained while working in an array of settings. I believe the skills attained in these environments and the administrative skills I have learned make me an ideal candidate for an opportunity such as this. I am very eager work within a team and facility that would appreciate the sharing of the skills I have attained over the past 15 years, while acquiring and learning new skills. I believe that our patients are our greatest assets, and the care they receive must be an exceptional experience. Foremost, I am seeking a career opportunity that offers stability, longevity and growth. I am available to begin serving a dedicated team immediately. I would greatly appreciate the opportunity to explore this opportunity further, during a personal interview.
