agreements, obtaining Certificate of Insurance, submitting invoices to accounting, preparing and editing reports (engineering and environmental), meeting minutes and agendas, travel arrangement, expense reports, conference and meeting coordination, maintaining staff calendars, creating file directory, and filing of documents.
In addition to administration tasks I also assisted with arranging and participating in public workshops and hearings.
