Managed the transitional contracts following the divestment of the coatings business. The contracts

Developed a $2 million capital plan to open a new manufacturing plant. A location was identified,

employees recruited, and the plant was operational in 6 months, as planned.

Working within a Stage Gate Innovation process, scaled-up new product offerings adding more than

$1 million in contribution annually.

After the 2008 financial crisis, planned, presented, secured approval, and implemented the

downsizing of the company to align cost to current sales. Cost was reduced by $10 million.

Improved the cash position more than $7 million by planning and implementing a reduction in

working capital to match the current level of sales.

Improved the cash position an additional $2 million by prioritizing and reducing capital spending.

Coached, shared current experiences and best practices within the company resulting in the best

Safety performance (TRIR = 0) and Quality performance (OTIF > 99%, RFT > 99%) in company history.
