Change Management and Communications for Nielsen software:

Assumed leadership position for all change management and communication processes for the software that provided access to the consumption data to over 500 Sales, Finance and Marketing users. Established process for incorporating internal data within Nielsen software:

Established the process to incorporate shipments specific data within the third party software. Ensured setup of the process, its principals and guidelines. Change Management process for upgrades and new releases of Nielsen applications:

Led change management and established technical processes throughout Nielsen software releases and upgrades. Collaborated with third party groups and internal partners to permit user community to anticipate upcoming changes. Identified business needs, created change management and communication process between Nielsen partners and company business groups. Modified timelines and process structure to accommodate issues and/or changes brought by Nielsen business partners. Ensured success of annual releases and brought easy transition to the clients with the minimal interruption to the large business community.

Big Data Reporting Efforts:

Partnered with IS colleagues to deliver bigger and better data. Shared information and collaborated across many groups.
