(physical and digital). Maintains schedules and logs for contractual data (shipped and

Senior Configuration Coordinator – Nameplate Coordinator (03/05 – 10/09)
Implementing activities which define, report, and control the configuration of equipment
through their lifecycle. Activities are oriented towards programs and projects with normal
Configuration Management requirements, both Military and Commercial. Support and
assistance are provided daily to Engineering, Production, Quality Assurance, Program
Management, and Configuration Analyst areas to assure the CM requirements are achieved
in accordance with customer and Company procedures and practices. Supports effort in
maintaining, specifically, as-built record access for EMods, Configuration Records, Serial
logs for engineering builds, and SAP support for serial number control. Most recently, I have
taken on supporting BRS with their Configuration Records and providing support and
assistance to them and providing support to the Configuration Analysts as needed. I was
also hired to backup the Nameplate Coordinators which includes creating Nameplates using
LaserCad, a version of AutoCad. Using conversion program to apply LaserCad drawings on
word documents, so that this can be converted to Adobe so that we may promote this
through the E-matrix system. Control Type Numbers/Top Level part numbers through the
SAP and E-matrix systems. Pull SAP reports and fill requirements from SAP as to the Sales
order and part numbers nameplate requirements. Update SAP systems for Product
Hierarchy and load VA02 screens with inspection information on nameplates. ECO replaced
DCN and Engineering Central. Implemented database for serial control history and
serialization. NSA serialization for security items. I received my Security Clearance in
December of 2006 and maintained it to present.

Hired as a contractor for Volt Staffing Services at Rockwell Collins, Cedar Rapids, in the HR
Business Partners Department (Commercial Systems). Working directly under the direction
of Kevin Weiss and Darci Dorfler as an Executive Assistant. Assisting in all aspects of their
department with regards to the importance of recognizing the confidentiality and sensitivity
of the materials handled daily. In May 2004, I was hired as a contractor for Todd Ramsey,
Manager of Configuration Management (E&T ES). My responsibilities are Documentation
Configuration Coordinator, Data Control, and serialization of Government Systems
Nameplating. I have also worked on and off with Dan Hawthorne, Senior Director, Product
Line Management, (Passenger Systems). Assisted him in some very sensitive presentations
that needed to be completed in Powerpoint.

position was to assist Indirect Distribution Manger and Dealer Manager(s) in daily operations
of business. Aiding new dealers in the processes/procedures of Nextel. Tracking
daily/monthly/quarterly numbers. Assist reps with research to provide solutions for
customer/dealer issues. Prepare training materials and schedule training classes, to include
prepping facility, ordering supplies and materials as necessary and participate in trainings.
Provide exceptional customer service to dealers. Assist in the processing of dealer

OmniLingua is a translation company providing services to customers such as GM, Siemens
Medical Systems and Maytag/Amana. My position entailed to coordinate all aspects of work
for the successful completion of the project. Prepare project plans and schedules for
significant application systems development, enhancement and maintenance efforts.
Communicate regularly with internal and external customers, as appropriate, in order to
ensure the delivery of high quality service and application systems development and
support. Act as the sole communicator representing management for the assigned project.
Conduct the initial consultation with the client to define the scope of work for the project
(other individuals may be involved in this step, but the Project Manager is the primary
contact for the client). Provide the client with a written description of the project, and
estimate within a negotiated time frame and budget appropriate to the scope of work.
Monitor and track the progress of the project. Monitor all organization projects to ensure
consistency and satisfaction of interface requirements for existing and newly developing
systems. Provide periodic (at least daily) updates about the status of a project to the client.
These updates may be verbal, by e-mail or written. Solicit input from the client regarding any
change requests. Notify the client when work on the project is completed, and ensure that
the financial close-out of the project is undertaken. Monitor the direction and growth of
business to ensure the application of appropriate technologies and support resources. In
this position I acquired strong leadership, organization, and written and verbal
communication skills. We support our client's software programs including PC and Mac-
based. Programs used include FrameMaker, Quark Xpress, PageMaker, AutoCAD, Word,
Excel, and PowerPoint.

Though little known by the public at large, Frank N. Magid Associates is one of the most
successful and influential television and entertainment consulting companies in existence.
Founded in 1957 by a young social psychologist, the company has grown to over 300
employees and serves clients around the world. The first client was television station WMT
(now KGAN) in Cedar Rapids, Iowa. The company is still headquartered in neighboring
Marion, Iowa, but also has offices in Los Angeles, London, and Kuala Lumpur. My position
was to create PowerPoint presentations of data given to us by our inhouse technology
departments. This data was also compiled inhouse by our telephone surveyors. The clients
would have us complete a survey they wrote themselves and ask people their opinions.
Then we would compile the results and create the presentations to present to the client. We
would also be required to proofread and final check these presentations before going to
print. Worked efficiently with all the departments including the inhouse press department.
