PEPSICO WAREHOUSE SALES, Charlotte, North Carolina 2000 - 2014
Senior Retail Sales Manager (2003 – 2014)
Managed a dedicated retail team of 25 associates responsible for sales and retail execution in a
Grocery and Wal Mart sales territory. Acted as a liaison between Headquarter Business Units,
Account Managers, and Field Sales and Execution. Actively involved in hiring and mentoring new
Sales Associates into the sales organization. Working experience with all major retailers in the
Southeast including Wal Mart, Harris Teeter, BiLo, Ingles, Lowes Foods, and MDI.
• Ranked # 2 Retail Sales Manager in the US in 2012. Led all Wal Mart Retail Sales Managers
in execution and team sales results.
• Developed and led a seasonal display initiative leading to Gatorade sales increases of +7%
Vs. previous year in Lowes Foods & BiLo.

& Tropicana, at a national wholesaler and also 3 local wholesale operations. Directed new item
sell-in, execution of sales and merchandising plans, and managed all account trade spending.
Proficient in data gathering and manipulation, i.e. IRI, Nielson, ranking reports, etc..
• Created a cold-equipment sales program for independent stores leading to a 200% increase in
Gatorade sales in a 75 store chain.
• Developed a pallet sales program for the entire wholesaler network allowing for easier order
entry for the retailers leading to double digit increases in Gatorade and Tropicana sales.
• Achieved 100% new-item sell-in at all retailers in the wholesale network which had never been
done previously.
Regional Broker Retail Manager (2000-2002)
Managed a regional broker for store conditions and retail execution in Grocery and Wal Mart for
theQuaker Oats, Gatorade, & Tropicana brands in the Southeastern region of the United States.
Directed all retail based communication and execution. Developed and implemented broker
