Workshop Quality Proplems in industry.

In an industry,Quality proplem is difined as when a produced part does not match the customer requirement or drawing.These proplem arise from raw material to finished product moves in production area.

1st position in Drawing, at National level a fresh engineer should know how to understand drawing of any product which contains a number of dimension provided in any of unit like millimeter or inches.A product contain at least 83 dimensions which is tedious task to remember them all at once.

All dimension have specific role in study of drawing.it is also important to know these dimension from quality point of view.Each dimensions is measured by Vernier Caliper,outside diameter is measured by Micrometer etc.These measuring instrument is decide by quality inspection plan which is based up the dimensions present in existing drawing.
