Recruitment & Selection

Making sure that the requisitions for the new positions are done and the required approvals have been obtained before starting the process.

Drawing up the job description for new positions in coordination with the line managers.

Payroll Management

Prepare monthly payroll reports with respect to various factors like termination, New hiring, Annual Leave, Suspension etc.

Verifying a variety of payroll related information (e.g. time sheets, direct deposits, wage attachments, benefits, etc.) for the purpose of ensuring accurate distribution of funds and payroll.

Inform personnel, carriers, financial institutions regarding required documentation or procedures for the purpose of conveying information necessary to complete transaction.

Managing Information/Employees

Filing employee documents in personal files of each employee (Manual & E-Filing) for easy retrieval and for audit and legal purposes.

Development & Training

Support and facilitate the Performance Management Process.

Coordination with the PRO for employment visas and processing labour cards/work permits.

Responsible for all Government Related work (CID Department) for obtaining CID approval for all employees prior to their joining.

Operations

Co-ordination with payroll requests related to employees: change in bank accounts, account details, advance leave salary, changes in salary and leave encashment.

Updating and maintaining information in software (HR Chronicle)

Update and maintenance of annual leave records and leave tickets.

Updating and maintaining information for reporting purposes.

Preparing visa letters, salary certificates, service certificates, no objections letters and loan letters.

Follow-up on probationary period of the new employees.

Checking expenses claims vouchers and processing them for payments.

In charge of allocating flats to employees of the company.

Exit/Redeploy/Separate

Clearance procedure for departing employees ( Delegates and local Expats)

Preparation of Final Settlement as per the UAE Labour Law.

Conducting Exit Interviews for resigned employees.

Coordinating with payroll regarding stop payment for the resigned employees or delegates.
