Duties included but not limited to: Preform preventative, trouble shoot machinery, repair sumps, pumps, mills,

motors and brakes on heavy machinery. operate forklift and man lifts. Weld and fabricate various pieces to

accommodate the company. I can use cutting torch efficiently and weld. Rebuild or PM of pumps. Victaulic pipe

experience ranging from 4" pipe to 24" pipe. HDPE cutting, fusing and installation as well as elector fusion

couplings ranging from 4" pipe to 36" pipe. Replace various types of flexible belt drives and proper tensioning.

Can install and replace all different types of valves. Coatings and lining installation of rubber and

polyurethane. Repair rock boxes and change rollers. Repair of wash screens.

I was responsible for shutdown work that required completion on a timely matter. I rebuilt pumps, sumps and

changed out motors as directed by the client. I was responsible to fabricate and install guarding, change

valves, bowl and mantle liners replacement for crushers, roller replacements, repair of thickeners. Rebuilt the

wash screens and replaces valves in flotation. Demo and run new piping.
