I have been in the Maintenance field for more than 34 years, most being hands on for 10 years and the remaining time

either in a Supervisory or planning and scheduling role. I am currently Proficient with SAP R/3 Manufacturing and

Maintenance Suites. In my last role I as the overhaul Coordinator, planning, ordering, scheduling and obtaining required

Permits, manage 13 embedded contractors, 3 crafts for the Yearly overhaul of Continuous Polymerization Process for

DuPont Richmond Zytel, this also included the day to day maintenance to keep the Plant running safely and efficiently.

A member of a High Performance Work System I was responsible for the safe of operation of 3 Process areas 2 of which

were PSM critical due to the process temps, chemicals and pressures that existed.

Accomplishments

My first role at DuPont was that of Polymer Specialist, a few years later I was selected to become the Overhaul

Coordinator for the 3 CP units we had. In my first month we had a Reactor rupture that required shutting down, seeking

Outside contractors o complete the work and follow up to ensure repairs to the coded vessel were made in accordance

with Quality assurance procedures and checks. 4 months later we were scheduled to Roll out SAP to the Maintenance

Dept. and with my previous experience in Planning SAP, we were successful to keep maintenance on task and making

Progress

Completed CP3 overhaul and started up making good product 1 week earlier than deadline.10/2015

Unplanned Power Outage across entire DuPont site taking all 3 CP's down,11/2015

Put together a plan to meet the business needs to have 1 CP up in 1 week,2nd CP(3) overhauled completely again and

back online in 3 weeks.

all equipment working as it should. PM work was completed when assigned to the field operator along with

housekeeping.

Responsible for the finishing of the polymer by maintaining the Conn Aire Jetro Pelletizers of which I was Subject Matter
