Prepare and test aseptic samples of raw ingredients and components for micro evaluation. Work closely with R&D on reformulations and implementation of new products. Troubleshoot. I was awarded employee of the month twice while in this position.

I would rent an office, hire and train a staff of telephone solicitors, and rent a ball room for the event to take place. Events varied from magic shows, circuses, country-western shows, ice shows, etc. I was responsible for raising enough money to pay my employees, the production company, the civic group, the performers doing the show, office rental, phone bills and all other incidentals involved to finance the event. This was a strictly commission position.
