Accuristix is one of the leading 3PL providers of logistics and storage for the pharmaceutical industry. With 6 locations in the GTA servicing over 120 clients, including 7 of the top 10 Pharmaceutical companies. Accuristix prides themselves on Quality service and a great place to work.

•Promoted from Distribution Manager to Senior Distribution Manager within a 2 year Period

•Responsible for over $2,000,000,000 worth of inventory ranging from Health and beauty to Controlled narcotics and over the counter medicines.

•Responsible for entire building from operations to P&L

•Flawless operational execution of 3 client implementations

Aspect Retail Logistics: Operations Manager

Aspect Retail Logistics is affiliated with Metro Supply chain and is one of the leading Canadian providers of third party logistics (3PL) services across Canada. Aspect Retail logistics is the 3PL provider Loblaw’s across Canada in a facility close to1 million sq. feet in size. We continue to exceed our client’s expectations on a daily basis with zero service interruptions.

•Responsible for all day to day operations for a specific shift.

•Helping with a 205,000 sqft expansion with flawless operational execution to our client

•Reporting into the Senior Operations Manager on the Day shift and work closely with counterparts on all shifts.

•Increasing productivity as well as introducing new ideas for our expansion.

•Oversee the business for a shift of non-unionized employees.

•Analyze business to find ways to improve productivity.

This leading 3PL and Marketing Fulfillment Company is known across the country for its commitment to quality. With Production and Distribution warehouses across Ontario, in Calgary and all over the USA it is a fast paced environment to work in.

•Operations Manager at one of our highest volume facilities with B to B and B to C operations.

•Worked on projects involving new building layouts and expansions for new clients.

•Responsible for all day to day operations including Building Maintenance H&S, Equipment Leases.

•Worked on increased productivity as well as reducing staff as required.

•Oversee the business 24hrs a day 7 days a week.

•Analyze business to find ways to improve productivity.

•Took a company that had no health and safety policies and worked with senior leaders and HR to develop policies while also working with MOL to avoid any problems with outstanding issues.

•Responsible for the management of 2 large facilities totaling approx. 300 000 sqft.

•Supervisor at one of our highest volume facilities, responsible for all day to day operations.

•Increased productivity by 6% while also reducing sales waste by 20% with an overall improvement on KPI’s of 25%.

•Oversee the business 24hrs a day 7 days a week.

•Worked with Transport and logistics across the business

•Analyze business to find ways to improve productivity.

•Key lead in the Health and safety committee. No lost time incidents as well as holding meetings every month to ensure focus is kept on the company’s commitment to safety.
