National Outside Sales and Manufacture’s Representative Manager
Recruited by the President of the company to build from scratch a nationwide three tier distribution system using distributers,
Manufacturer’s Representative Firms, Dealers, VADs and VARs. The company had none of these in place and only had a small
staff of order takers who fielded inbound phone calls only. The company had a tradition that when a record sales month was
booked it would provide a Bar-B-Que Friday evening dinner for all of the staff. The second month that I was with the company,
launched a trend in which we had a Bar-B-Que EVERY month which was the result of my sales efforts.
Increased sales market share on a monthly basis reaching $1 Million a month in six months starting at less than $100K.
Surpassed the growth of all competitors and took away a significant portion of their customer base increasing our market share
from less than 3% to more than 25%.
Recruited, trained and supported the highest producing organization of Manufacturer’s Representative companies in the

Part of the eligibility requirements for this rate (Advanced Electronics Technician) was that the individual must test out as being in
the top 5% of the country. The eligibility requirements for Advanced ET went well beyond the second highest critical rating which
was a regular ET. The schools were almost 3 years longer in total than the schools that a regular ET received.
Received top of class honors in the Navy’s Advanced Electronics Schools Programs.
Awarded my choice of duty assignments during a war time setting due to my class ranking.
Maintained, rebuilt and improved the functions of various RADAR systems, Communications systems, Telecommunications
systems, Guidance systems, and Control systems on the Navy’s largest fighter training base during a war time setting .
