3/13-Present Quality Systems Manager, Front End of the Busisness: Responsibilities include the Quality System of the ORS RRSW and SeeMe space based programs in the early product life cycle. This includes proposal and contract support, development of a Quality Management System for a multi-company joint venture, and the support of building an off-site manufacturing facility at Kirtland AFB. Programs heavily utilize COTS hardware requiring the development of new supplier management, inpection, and mission assurance strategies to ensure Mission Objectives.

8/12-3/13 Quality Systems Manager, DSWS: Primary responsibilities include the implementation and execution of the quality program, Cost Account Manager activities, member of the Integrated Product Teams, Quality focal point for internal and external customers, and Chair for the Material Review and Corrective Action Boards. Support of program gate and readiness reviews in addition to proposal activities for existing and new customers. Lead design and process improvements using DFMEA, PFMEA and eliminate eescapes using the Root Cause / Corrective Action process.
